Donations
The declining economy, coupled with reductions in state and federal
funding, has been particularly difficult for our youngest and most
vulnerable Texans. The situation is projected to get worse over
the next few years.
IPP – ECI has been here to help families and will continue
to be an important resource to the community. However, we are in
dire need of additional funds in order to be able to buy diagnostic
tools, provide staff training subsidies, as well as orthopedic and
speech equipment.
